• uses GIIMs Cloud via the SAP Litmos Learning Management System

• 30 1-hour modules/lectures; 30 hours per course (120 hours for the 4-course certificate); some courses are a bit longer, others a bit shorter

• graded Certificate courses require candidates to pass a multiple choice examination at the end of each course
